Ashley Padgett
Ashley has been an avid animal lover since the age of 5 when her family added a beloved Cocker Spaniel, Ginger, to the family. Throughout the years, the family owned and rescued several dogs, including two Scottish Terriers who appeared to have been abandoned in the remote areas of Shelby Forrest. At 20, after losing Ginger the family searched for the perfect new addition and thus Scout, a Shiba Inu, came into the family and was her baby until she lost her in April of 2013. She now has a 13 year old American Bulldog she began fostering in 2013. She has been caring for the pets of her friends and family for over 10 years, including many of the personal animals of volunteers of the Humane Society of Memphis and Shelby County, where she has volunteered over the years. She is now devoted to caring for pets full time!
She earned a Certificate in Professional Pet Sitting from Pet Sitters International valid from 2015-2018 and is Pet CPR & First Aid trained.
